Our Boneless Lamb Loin is presented without any bones, easy to cook evenly and a breeze to serve and cut. Use your favorite rub or marinade to bring out the flavor, roll in French herbs, or enjoy the fresh, rich taste by seasoning it with a salt and pepper. Serve whole as a roast, cut into steaks or fillets, or cubed or sliced for stews, stir fries or kebabs. Lamb is naturally lean, so always cook to medium or medium-rare at most so you get the best texture.
The Lamb Loins were a fabulous surprise. Very much lamb tenderloin, not gamey very tender and tasty. Will order again.
